The full backup downloads all five tables as individual CSV files. We recommend running a manual backup before making any significant changes to your data, and keeping a copy stored somewhere safe (Google Drive, email to yourself etc.).
Automatic weekly backup
Runs every Sunday at midnight — data is emailed to your admin address
The weekly cron job runs inside Supabase and emails a backup summary to rosie.roberts@alliedpharmacies.com. To receive the actual CSV files by email, you would need to upgrade to Supabase Pro which supports file storage attachments. For now the weekly job logs a snapshot to the database which you can download from this page at any time.
